Bus transportation to IHM is available from numerous school districts, including Cuyahoga Falls/Silver Lake, Stow/Munroe Falls, Tallmadge, and Woodridge.

Currently the following public school districts bus students to Immaculate Heart of Mary School.

Calamity Day Information

           This school year, the Ohio Department of Education has reduced the number of emergency days from five to three.  Our policy has always been, if Cuyahoga Falls and/or Woodridge Schools are closed, IHM will be closed also.  As you know, with a few hours of work on the roads, they can become safe to travel.  Therefore, both Cuyahoga Falls and Woodridge School Districts will be implementing a “Delayed Start” at times this year.  In a delayed start, IHM School will start two hours later.                                                                  

9:55 a.m.—Delayed start time.
9:15 a.m.—Earliest drop-off time (no supervision before this)
2:20 p.m.—Dismissal time—always

The following scenarios are possible this winter:
—if Cuyahoga Falls or Woodridge close—IHM closes
-if Cuyahoga Falls or Woodridge has a delayed start
and the other school is open, IHM is open—regular time.
-if both Cuyahoga Falls and Woodridge have a delayed start,
then IHM has a delayed start (9:55 a.m.)

          As always, if the weather is threatening, listen to your local TV or radio stations.  If there is a change from the regular schedule, we will get the information on as soon as possible.
