Student
Council was founded in 1978.
It’s
mainly run by the students with a little assistance from some very helpful teachers.
Student Council helps make school even more enjoyable each day and contributes
many different things to the school by raising money in different ways. One of
our most recent fund raisers for our school was a bake sale which raised money
for our play “The Pirates of

What do you
think about Student Council?
Randy B. - I think Student Council does a lot for our
school and is really cool.
Jordan W. - It’s a prestigious organization in which the
student body gets a feeling in a government-like situation.
Maria B. - They provide fun activities for the students.
Mr. Hall – Student Council gives students a great
opportunity to learn and practice leadership skills.
Dayna D. - I consider it the framework of our school.
Jenny R. - As a part of Student Council, I feel like I am
helping our school out.
