The 5th Grade  In fifth grade, the students are learning about the beach objects and verbs. For example bola, which means ball.  They will be learning classroom commands and objects for the rest of the year.

The 6th Grade

In sixth grade, the students are learning about classroom commands and objects such as borrador, which means notebook.  They will be learning about classroom commands and objects for the rest of the year.

The 7th Grade

In seventh grade, the students are learning about verb conjugations and vocabulary.  They are learning that a verb that ends in an “ar” unmodified means “to __.”  But if conjugated, a sentence will make more sense than “I to cook” or “I to clean.”  It will be modified into “Yo cocino” or “I cook.”

The 8th Grade

In eighth grade, the students just took a test on some vocabulary and verb conjugations.  They are now learning about me gusta (I like), and other phrases that have to do with liking.  Then, they will be writing poemas or all about me poems.  They will be writing the poems in Spanish using to like and dislike.
